  • Precision Injection Molding
    • Injection molding presses from 30 to 1000 tons, fully computerized with touch-screens and statistical-process control capabilities
    • Press side infrared annealing ovens and large batch annealing ovens for lens molding
 
  • Gas Assist Injection Molding
    • Overcoming the limitations of conventional molding; the most effective method for applying low pressure to reduce clamp tonnage required for molding
       
  • Insert Molding / Over Molding
    • Ability to insert reinforcing metals, mounting features, or dissimilar materials into injection molded plastic parts​
       
  • Pad Printing
    • ​Pad printing allows us to take your 2-D image and transfer it to your injection molded part utilizing Trans Tech Orion 130’s and 6 axis robotic plasma treaters

  • Custom colored plastics
    • Experienced in producing cosmetic parts in full view of end users, custom colored per the customer’s requirements.

  • Complex compounds
    • Including Vespel, PEEK, PEI (Ultem), PPS (Ryton), thermoplastic rubber, among others
       
  • Metal-to-Plastic & Plastic-to-Plastic conversions
     
  • Onsite Cleanroom & Quality Labs
    • ​Thierica class 1000 clean room deploying Thierica spray booths, P-120 Fanuc robots, R-13 controllers and Bosch pallet conveyors.

NewCo has decades of experience in abrasion-resistant hard coating for both interior and exterior products, helping clients comply with low VOC standards and preventing degradation and scratching.
  • Used on both interior and exterior products to prevent degradation due to the sun’s UV effect and to maintain clarity. High solids help firms comply with low VOC standards, while giving parts outstanding hardness, scratch resistance, and impact resistance.
